The IT/ITeS industry in India, the biggest consumer of Grade A Commercial Office Space has its roots in the southern half of the country. Bangalore is the biggest hub for the knowledge industry in the country and is aptly called the Silicon Valley of India. Apart from Bangalore, Mumbai and the National Capital Region, IT/ITeS industry also thrives in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune. Based out of Bangalore RMZ’s footprint extends to Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, where the company has carried out several projects.

RMZ Corp has partnered with Ascott International (a member of Singapore-based CapitaLand group), the world’s largest owner-operator of serviced residences, to develop a “Somerset” brand serviced residence at RMZ Galleria in Yelahanka, North Bangalore.
Located in Yelahanka in North Bangalore, Somerset at Galleria shall be a 203 key serviced residence and shall be managed by Ascott.
RMZ Corp plans to grow its hospitality portfolio organically and inorganically through developments and acquisitions.
