Leadership team -
  • Mr. Arjun Menda ventured into the real estate business in 1980 and subsequently went on to build the empire that is RMZ Corp today. With years of real estate experience behind him, he founded RMZ Corp. Since its inception, RMZ has concentrated on the construction of multi-storied office buildings for software companies in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata.

    With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering from Guindy Engineering College and a Masters of Technology from IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Arjun began his career as an Industrial and Production Engineer. He worked with M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Bombay between 1959 and 1963 and M/s. Gabriel India Limited, Bombay from 1963 to 1967. With eight years of experience, he went on to start a small scale industry in Bangalore in 1967. Mr. Arjun was associated with several small scale industries in Bangalore manufacturing Precision Tuned Parts and Pressed Parts. Business activities of RMZ Corp are now looked after by his two sons – Raj Menda and Manoj Menda.

    Mr. H.S. Srinivas is the Group Vice Chairman and has been associated with the group since its inception.
    Mr Srinivas is a senior Banker and a global financial and Real Estate management professional with strong strategic leadership and operational skills.

    Mr. Raj Menda is the Co-owner & Founder of RMZ Corp, a leading commercial and residential real estate company in India. He has been transforming RMZ Corp into a progressive, competitive and customer-driven organization. As the Chief Strategist of RMZ Corp, his responsibilities include managing organizational performance, formulating business strategy and plans, defining the scope of the enterprise, initiating business goals, developing new markets, forecasting and analysing finance for projects.

    Manoj Menda is the firm’s Co-Owner, Co-Founder and Corporate Chairman. He oversees the company’s activities, including strategy development, capital allocation, portfolio management and growth, as well as partnership development. He serves on the Investment and Advisory Committees of all RMZ private fund programs.
    Founder and Trustee of RMZ Foundation whose vision is to actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate.

  • Mr. Jayakumar has over three decades of wide-ranging experience in construction management, project management, corporate relations, international alliances as well as real estate development. He also holds an extensive portfolio in real estate development projects at international level.

    During the initial phase of his career, Jayakumar has also had exposure to Heavy Marine and Industrial projects.Prior to RMZ Corp, Mr. Jayakumar worked with construction giants like Larsen & Toubro, Howe (India) Ltd., WJ Towell group, etc. In RMZ, he played a key role in Real estate developments across Residential, Commercial as well as Leisure & Resort projects, for the last two decades.

    A civil engineering graduate from National Institute of Engineering – Mysore University, Mr. Jayakumar, apart from possessing high-level skill-set of managing complex projects,  is also gifted with excellent people management skills.

    Mr. Narayanan is a finance professional with over three decades of experience spanning the entire gamut of finance functions comprising of Business Finance, Controllership, Compliances, Domestic & International Taxation, Treasury, Risk Management, Legal and Secretarial functions and Strategic Initiatives.Apart from holding several positions in the finance department, Narayanan has also been involved in various other roles namely, financial planning, taxation, fund-raising, investment management, foreign exchange, secretarial, investor relations, business finance-contracting, and commercials & litigation, during his tenure at RMZ Corp.

    He successfully negotiated debt-raising for many of the biggest acquisitions made by any Real Estate company in India. He has always taken the lead to ensure smooth business operations within the department as well as with other various teams.

    A qualified Architect and member of Council of Architecture, Indian Institute of Architects and Indian Institute of Interior Designers, Mr. Tejasvi comes with 25 years of experience in Design and Real Estate.

    He has been associated with RMZ Corp for close to two decades and has been responsible for the Design of all the RMZ developments across India. Prior to being Associate Director, he held the strategic position of Senior Vice President – Design.

    Mr. Tejasvi oversees the Design of all the projects. His design-oriented analytical thinking helps see opportunities in new developments and acquisitions.

    Mr. Viswanatha is an astute Civil Engineering graduate professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of Construction and Building Engineering. He has behind him rich experience in the development of IT Parks and Residential projects.

    An integral part of RMZ Corp since its inception, he is at present responsible for the procurement for all construction activities related to Commercial, Residential and Mixed Use projects undertaken by RMZ Corp.

    Mr. Viswanatha has greatly contributed to cost-effective procurement, excellent consensus building, tendering and Green supply chain processes for RMZ Corp.  He is a results-driven senior executive with success in managing and driving operational growth, offshoring, outsourcing and governance of third-party relationships, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory/policy requirements.

    A recognized thought leader in setting up new capabilities, leading business transformation and strategy execution, Mr. Viswanatha has a keen analytical ability to drive solutions with incredible simplicity and has a proven track record in building, leading and retaining an excellent and self-motivated team.

    A management graduate professional with 22 years of extensive experience in Business Management who has held strategic roles in various companies with industry experience in Real Estate, Telecom/Infrastructure and Insurance,  Mr. Arshdeep Sethi has played key roles with Bharti Enterprises, Max New York Life and Punj Lloyd, and Colliers International before joining RMZ Corp in 2004.

    Arshdeep is bestowed with strong analytical skills with high commercial acumen and problem solving prowess and the ability to remain calm even in the most difficult of environments.He has an MBA – marketing degree and is a certified “Quality Education Trainer” by Institute of Quality Ltd. and Guest Faculty at IIM-Bangalore.

    A passionate Real Estate professional, Mr. Yash Joshi has a rich experience of over 15 years in Real Estate. His prior experience in Industrial Sales, International Trading and Service Industry gives him the insight and a 360 degree view to making realistic assessments on the demands and expectations of real estate developers.

    Previously Yash was involved in Leasing and Land Acquisition at RMZ Corp. Thereafter he was responsible for establishing RMZ Homes, which he heads. Prior to his association with RMZ Corp, Yash worked with Colliers International post which he worked with CB Richard Ellis as the Head of Transactions for the western region.Yash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Mumbai University.

    Mr. Deepak Chhabria has over two decades of experience in financial services businesses encompassing wealth management, securities and investment banking. Most recently in 2012 Mr.  Deepak Chhabria as CEO structured and listed India’s First Healthcare Trust in Singapore i.e. Religare Health Trust (MCap USD 700mn). In 2010 Mr. Deepak Chhabria was part of the core team of Religare Capital Markets Pvt. Ltd. that advised the acquisition, financing and divestment of Fortis Healthcare Ltd. stake in Parkway Holdings Ltd. He has held key management positions in premier financial institutions as Birla Sun Life, IL&FS Investsmart, Collins Stewart and Religare Capital Markets.

    Deepak has been involved in over 40 Indian public market deals across diverse sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Fashion, IT, Power, Logistics, Financial Services and Real Estate. Across these deals he has worked closely with both government promoted and private sector managements. For these deals he has engaged with over 200 global investors allocating capital to India.He graduated from University of Mumbai in 1989 with a B.Com degree.

    Mr. Thirumal Govindraj joined RMZ Corp in the year 2012. He has 18 years of sales experience, out of which 13 years were in the Real Estate space. Previously, he has worked with CB Richard Ellis across the Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai markets.

    A graduate in Arts, Mr. Thirumal has worked on some of the largest leasing as well as built-to-suit transactions for large Indian and multi-national corporations.

    Mr. Venugopal has been working in the field of construction & building engineering for close to 30 years and has rich experience in the development of IT Parks and Residential projects. He started his career with M/s. Larsen & Toubro (ECC Division). An integral part of RMZ Corp since inception, he is at present  responsible for delivery of commercial, residential and mixed use projects undertaken by RMZ Corp.

    Venugopal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore. He also holds a Masters in Building Engineering & Management from School of Planning & Architecture - New Delhi.
